This resolves the task editor conflict while preserving the current collaborative editing direction and restoring editor configurability for task descriptions.

Changes Made

Conflict resolution
- Restored the conflicted task editor files to the current task-card flow instead of keeping the divergent merge state.
- Kept the collaborative editing path intact for task editing.
Configurable task editor
- Added a new Task Editor Type setting so task descriptions can use either the WordPress Classic Editor or Quill.
- Updated the task card template, public enqueue logic, and save flow to honor the selected editor.
Collaborative mode preserved
- Kept the Quill-based collaborative editing path for shared task editing.
- When collaborative editing is enabled, Quill is forced regardless of the selected editor type, because the collaboration layer depends on Quill.
Public asset alignment
- Quill assets are now loaded only when needed by the selected editor mode or by collaborative editing.
- Classic editor assets are loaded when the Classic Editor is selected for task descriptions.
Translations
- Added the missing Spanish translations for the new task editor setting strings.
- Regenerated decker-es_ES.mo to keep the translation catalog in sync.

Validation

Checked GitHub Actions runs for the stacked base branch first, then for this branch.
Verified the relevant current-branch CI run passed successfully.
Ran targeted JavaScript syntax validation for the updated task editor scripts.
Ran PHPCS on the touched PHP files.
Verified there are no untranslated singular strings remaining in languages/decker-es_ES.po.
Regenerated the compiled MO catalog.

Fixed in 75d1040. I added the missing Spanish translations for the new localized strings and regenerated decker-es_ES.mo; the touched PHP files also pass PHPCS locally. Screenshot: no layout/UI structure changed in this commit, only localization catalog entries used by the existing UI.

Fixed in 698655b. Task descriptions are configurable again via a new Task Editor Type setting (Classic or Quill), and the task card/enqueue/save flow now respects that choice.
