Pull request description

Updated documentation to reduce AWS bias by referencing services from all major cloud providers (mostly adding GCP services where relevant):

Updated kubernetes overview diagram to remove explicit AWS service references:

@tsmallridgeatl can you please include rendered changes in the documentation (especially diagrams). I am not fluent in SVG and Github refuses to render them for me :)
