Adds guidance for Amazon Neptune Database and Neptune Analytics covering graph and knowledge-graph workloads: engine selection (Database vs Analytics), fraud rings, identity resolution, recommendations, agentic memory, GraphRAG, Gremlin / openCypher / SPARQL, Neo4j migration, connectivity, performance, and troubleshooting. Mutating operations require explicit user confirmation; destructive operations (delete, reset-graph, failover, major upgrade) are refused and redirected to change control.
