Currently I have to edit the titles each time I make an issue. If we rephrase, we can leave the titles as is when creating an issue and just delete/replace the body copy.

Mostly to rephrase the titles of the Feature Request template so they don't need to be edited when creating an issue and we can just replace the body copy, leaving the titles alone, and adding Gitter to the question template.
