Hey, I just made a Pull Request!

  • Backstage version bump to v1.42.5. An update to 1.43 will follow...
  • Updated the example entity to a service to see the Kubernetes and Topology tab by default in the included backstage app
  • Used Material UI 4 as in the default Backstage app in the included Backstage app so that it looks less broken...
