Installation:
    git clone https://github.com/bafeigum/dotvim.git ~/.vim
    
Create symlinks:

    ln -s ~/.vim/vimrc ~/.vimrc
    ln -s ~/.vim/gvimrc ~/.gvimrc

Switch to the '~/.vim' directory, and fetch submodules

    cd ~/.vim
    git submodule init
    git submodule update

Compile YouCompleteMe

    cd ~/.vim/bundle/YouCompleteMe
    ./install.py --rust-completer
    Follow instructions to update

Usage:
Install a new plugin
    
    cd ~/.vim
    git submodule add http://github.com/{autho}/{plugin}.git bundle/{plugin}
    git add .
    git commit -m "Install {plugin} bundle as a submodule."

Upgrade a plugin
    
    cd ~/.vim/bundle/{plugin}
    git pull origin master

Upgrade all plugins

    git submodule foreach git pull origin master
