seems HiGHS do not specify explicitly -dl -pthread on linux and debian worker is peaky (old glibc ?)...
on my way to fix it.

According to gemini:

If you are compiling on a highly modern Linux system utilizing glibc 2.34 or newer, libdl (along with libpthread) has actually been fully integrated directly into the main libc.so library.
