Changes (2012-01-28)

added support for ECJ(Eclipse Compiler for Java) and detect the compiler automatically.
added 'javax.annotation.processing.Processor' file in '/META-INF/service' folder. (Don't need to specify the processor class manually in Maven compiler plugin now.)
uses Github as Maven repository. (Don't need to install 'multiline-string' project to a local repository manually)
- 'multiline-string-usage' project uses it.
