The previous USI LS / MKS support was very basic & had some bugs. I fixed an error with fertilizer consumption, the current config is missing a "0" decimal point at the start for USI LS, which makes it consume a large amount of fertilizer & makes a self sufficient base with just USI LS impossible. This make it so it used 45 fertilizer per day instead of 4.5.
I also adjusted the USI MKS to add support for logistics, recyclers, & creating transfer credits.
