Update command to run ganache-cli and add step#1

I changed the step to start ganache-cli ( the current command not work for me ), i search in package.json the scripts and find the start, this works fine. I add new step to move to repository folder. Thanks!
For he Bill results the output is 0, for the Janice output 2.
