To compile:
1) Download and install from RSTlite distribution
(https://github.com/vtsuperdarn/RSTLite)
or RST
(https://github.com/SuperDARN/rst)
2) Link include, lib, hdw directories from RST (RST_lite)

3) Get IRI-2007 model 
(http://irimodel.org/IRI-2007/00_iri2007.tar) and untar it into iri-src directory:
tar -xvf 00_iri2007.tar

4) Apply iri2007.patch
 patch -p0 < iri2007.patch

5) Make and compile
./make all
