Additional information

My system setup seems correct because my GPU is recognized by other applications, vulkaninfo --summary and glxinfo -B return the expected info, Steam games work through Proton, etc. I had seen an issue about a similar problem where a GPU wasn't recognized, it was recommended to try running wgpu examples, and every example in their repo worked for me.

Due to these GPUs being so new, it's hard to know where the issue is. I didn't want to make a bug report yet in case it's user error or with another library.

That seems related. Following the variable WGPU_ALLOW_UNDERLYING_NONCOMPLIANT_ADAPTER=1 like they said doesn't fix my issue completely. Also adding WGPU_BACKEND=vulkan allows things to be rendered properly but only through software rendering. This doesn't seem like it is bevy related at the moment. Once the mesa bug is fixed, we'll see if it fully fixes my problem, too. If not, I'll open something over there.
