Summary

Makes .kombai/MESSAGE-BOARD.md the sole Cursor↔Kombai message board in the git checkout. Project Context is pointer-only; no dual board / Context→repo sync.

What changed

  • .kombai/MESSAGE-BOARD.md — self-contained sole channel: standing rules, Open-for-Kombai redraw brief (homepage reject / Decision record leads), Kombai replies stub; states Context/Agent Store is not a board
  • .kombai/README.md — one-liner: MESSAGE-BOARD.md is the sole channel

Out of scope

  • No site HTML, CSS, JSON, or llms*.txt changes
  • Context pointer and workflow wording live in the Project store (not this PR)

For Bill

After merge, open or pull .kombai/MESSAGE-BOARD.md on develop in the checkout Kombai uses.

Cursor maintains MESSAGE-BOARD.md so Kombai can read Open-for-Kombai briefs from the checkout without Project Context access. No site HTML changes.

State that Project Context is not a second board; keep standing rules,
Open-for-Kombai redraw brief, and Kombai replies stub self-contained.
