Make Kombai MESSAGE-BOARD.example.md valid live-board content - #33

Bill copying the example produced a board that denied itself via an EXAMPLE header. The example body is now live-channel wording; copy instructions stay only in .kombai/README.md. Co-authored-by: billbrietstout <billbrietstout@users.noreply.github.com>
