Abbreviate printed AtomArray and AtomArrayStack

This PR by default wraps str() and repr() representations of AtomArray and AtomArrayStack, to avoid long run times when printing large structures (especially in tests).
The default maximum number of models and atoms can be overridden with set_print_limits().
