One little nit before I can merge: the bitcoindevkit org uses specific style for commit messages (not my favourite I have to admit! But we do ask contributors to use it). This style use the conventional commits structure, without capitalizing the sentence.
Here the commit message would be build: bump AGP to 8.11.0 or something similar. Otherwise this is ready to go.
