Bump cacheable-request, ava and xo (#32)

Removes [cacheable-request](https://github.com/jaredwray/cacheable-request). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [cacheable-request](https://github.com/jaredwray/cacheable-request), [ava](https://github.com/avajs/ava) and [xo](https://github.com/xojs/xo). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `cacheable-request`

Updates `ava` from 3.7.0 to 5.2.0
