packages/docusaurus was registered as a git submodule (mode 160000) without a .gitmodules file, so cloning the repo yielded an empty directory. This removes the submodule pointer and adds all docusaurus source files directly so they are available in production builds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <[email protected]>
