My professional journey is defined by growth and adaptation.
- Foundation in Engineering: I've been an engineer for my entire career, building a strong technical foundation from the ground up.
- Transition to Leadership: In 2012, I transitioned into IT leadership, where I've focused on strategy, team development, and delivering business value through technology, all while continuing to code.
- Lifelong Learner: My commitment to education is a core part of my story. I earned an undergraduate degree in Computer Science in 2002 and, driven by a desire to keep growing in my trade, I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field.
Outside of my professional life, my focus is on a few key things: family, fishing, and learning.
My desire to learn and grow has been a constant throughout my life. I believe that staying curious and continuously honing one's craft is the key to both personal fulfillment and professional success. This philosophy is why I've returned to academia for a master's degree—to deepen my expertise and bring fresh perspectives to my team.
