Repatriate ComponentSearch in MATAM repo #114
Description
Component Search is a module used by MATAM, developed by @yoann-dufresne, and integrated into MATAM using submodules.
Since it is only used by MATAM and is not actively developed, we should re-integrate it into MATAM repository for simplicity's sake.
