Per evals/estate-ablation/PROPOSAL.md: Authority-and-trust kept as the measured SURVIVOR (Claude executors applied it mid-run, sweep 4); runtime/constraint floors shrunk to pointers (hook and gate carry them); triggered-sources table deleted (reference never observed load-bearing in 80+ transcripts); core loop / boundary / closeout compressed as orchestrator-facing product spec; concurrency shrunk (native competence measured, rt-01). Zero binding rules weakened. The measured 80%-equivalent waste is codex-side always-on skill injection — separate mechanism PR.
