Port main's objectIssue feed-filter test into the restructured suite introduced on this branch.
- Add required totalElements: 0 to FeedPage constructors in main_test.dart (6 sites) and user_search_screen_test.dart (2 sites) after main's PR #664 added the field as a required parameter. - Narrow the notifications sheet refresh tap finder to widgetWithIcon(IconButton, Icons.refresh) so it doesn't collide with the reports screen retry buttons rendered behind the sheet.
