Pails Product Roadmap

I want to have some sort of stable release cycle for this, but since I don't work on pails with any regularity, I don't know that I can commit to that sort of thing right now. I do know that I definitely don't want to go with the Debian approach of "when it's ready".

At the very least, to start with, it makes sense to make a list of high-level features that I want to include in the next minor release vs the next major release.

Slated for next minor release (1.1)

• Add functionality for accessing $_GET, $_POST, $_COOKIE, and $_REQUEST in an XSS-safe way

Slated for next major release (2.0)
