We've moved formulae into Formula prefix so we can also have casks. (This should really also be a cask...)

In buildkite/homebrew-buildkite#39 we've moved the formula in our homebrew tap into a
Formula/prefix so we can also have casks in the same repo. The agent releaser will need to adjust where it grabs and updates the homebrew formula.Side-note - we should also be using casks for the agent, because we're distributed pre-compiled binaries.
