As discussed, it's required to improve the wording around the usage of QGIS, to support the validations tasks using services that consolidate information from registration/incorporation agencies in a given jurisdiction

As discussed in previous calls, the EVGL mandate the use of registration or incorporation agencies as sole admitted verification sources, but in some cases it's required to use QGIS that consolidate information from such agencies in a given jurisdiction.
This PR intends to propose a change to allow explicitly the use of QGIS
