This intuitive toolkit extracts relevant information across different imaging modalities (EEG and fMRI) for use without previous experience of the field - no coding or software necessary!
This repository also generates a PDF file that outlines the initial steps for analyzing unpreprocessed data.
The generated PDF file provides:
- The modality of the data used (EEG or fMRI)
- Detailed information regarding sequences and adquisition times, among others
- Guidance on subsequent preprocessing steps
- Quality control metrics
- Relevant warnings/recommendations
- Visualization plots and their interpretation
How to use:
- Drop in your data files (EEG formats: .edf, .tsv, .json; or fMRI formats:.nii/.nii.gz)
- Select the plots you want to visualise
- Use the PDF for summary information on your data and guidance on how to begin preprocessing and analysis
- Use the chatbot for help with understanding and interpretation
