The PR upgrades the Dedicated Networks API to become compliant with the latest Commonalities pre-release (i.e. r4.1).
Note, with Commonalities PR #582, a new requirement to limit string parameters (owasp:api4:2023-string-limit) has been introduced. At this stage, some of the proposed string limits require a sufficient justification.
