Camunda hub restructure

Description

This is not intended to be merged or rebased onto main. We want to wait until 8.9 is released and we have a proper 8.10 version before doing the actual restructure. However, I still found it helpful to have a buildable branch to showcase to stakeholders how the restructure concept could look.

Restructure

This is WIP, but here are some of the themes:
