Unblocks the weekly refresh #128.

Upstream gOuroboros deleted its examples/ programs in f92d0a6 ("chore: remove gOuroboros examples", #2664). The library API is unchanged. #128 drops those files from the mirror, so the citation at skills/query-chain/SKILL.md:217 points at a missing file, and the merged tree fails validate.py:

ERROR: skills/query-chain/SKILL.md:217: ../../docs/sources/gouroboros/examples/state-query/main.go does not exist

The refresh workflow only runs --paths-only, so it couldn't catch this.

  • skills/query-chain/SKILL.md: the line now cites the client docs the mirror keeps: protocol/localstatequery/README.md and protocol/chainsync/README.md (Go snippets, plus the GetUTxOByAddress… methods the paragraph above names) and connection.go (NewConnection and its options).
  • registry/sources.yaml: drops the gOuroboros "examples/**/*.go" glob, which no longer matches anything upstream.

This PR and #128 touch different files, so they merge cleanly in either order. Full validate.py passes on this branch and on this branch merged with #128. Merge this one first so main never goes red.

…oved examples

Upstream gOuroboros deleted its examples/ programs (f92d0a6, #2664), so
the weekly refresh drops them from the mirror and the citation at
query-chain/SKILL.md:217 fails validate. The protocol READMEs and
connection.go cover the same calls. The examples glob now matches
nothing upstream, so it goes too.
