You can set the base branch of this on top of the MUI lib, then base the MUI lib on top of the standard library update branch. Then as they get merged this PR will return to main.

The point would be to use the lib if we are going to base on top of it. Do note that since libraries are not currently being merged, this pauses this userstyle's addition indefinitely until those issues are resolved.

FYI, you will need to update the version of highlight.js we import at the top of the userstyle for that update to apply, which we can't yet do since the v2.0.0 release isn't formalized yet.
