Draw signals in PDFs, fix issues with Linux installation

Updated pickles to include required information to draw signals grids, and updated Draw2DPDF to render them. Added libgfortran==1 dependency to linux install script.

• Contact graph/neighbourhood available in models
• Cell types available in OpenCL kernels

Note: the order of execution of the regulation steps and various other modifications have been made to the code. Results of simulations might therefore be different from previous versions given the same model file.

Usability improvements and tutorials

NOTE: update to installers. The installer now assumes that you have Anaconda (or Miniconda) python distributions already installed.

Please download and install Anaconda (www.anaconda.org) and then run the installer.
