transcript_iterator documentation states that entries without a transcript_id are ignored, but in fact, its also the case that entries without a gene_id are ignored.

Tests are failing, but this is due to the conda env failing to build. |

ok I suspect that the mamba build is failing because of an outdated checkout, I can likely fix this before merging. If you give me a day or so I can look at this |
