Description:
This PR improves the styling for the Sign Up and Sign In buttons.
Added hover effects with Tailwind CSS (hover:text-green-900) for better interactivity.
Ensured the buttons have consistent styles.
Testing Steps:
Open the navbar on desktop and hover over the Sign Up / Sign In buttons — text color should change to dark green.
