What this changes
An audit of the live console after the theme change found decorative effects that do no work and a mobile bug in the walkthrough tour. This PR fixes those and nothing else.
Six files, +14 / -19.
What it does not change
No RAG behavior, no provider or storage changes, no benchmark changes, and no dependency changes.
Validation
The patch builder reported that the production build, typecheck and 13 hardening and theme tests passed, and inspected screenshots. I applied the patch to main (dccd66d) but did not rerun those suites myself. Vercel's deployment check on this PR is an independent build check, and I will look at the live page after merge.
