The ExecFence skill is now represented by an open OpenAI Skills catalog PR, so the project docs should point users at that integration path while still making npm installation the current supported route until the PR is merged. Constraint: OpenAI Skills catalog inclusion is still pending review, so docs must avoid implying the skill is already catalog-installed. Rejected: Link only to openai/skills root | the PR is the actionable integration artifact users can track. Confidence: high Scope-risk: narrow Directive: Keep skill installation docs clear about npm install now versus catalog availability after merge. Tested: git diff --check; node bin/execfence.js scan --changed-only --ci --format json Not-tested: npm test, because this is docs-only.
