Another set of updates to allow for the new set of "preferred" tools.
This time bibTeX is replaced by bibLaTeX. Additional config options have been added to allow for bibliography items to be located anywhere and, additionally, allows for the inclusion of multiple
bibfiles.This patch also contains the updated usage of the
glossariespackage.
