As those are single tests, create and data source getting the value on the same execution, the plan after apply is expected to be empty (unless Cloudstack returns some change on the API)

Can you create a new pr against the repo https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-terraform-provider/ and not against cloudstack/terraform-provider-cloudstack as that repo is only used for publishing for Terraform registry |
