  Repackaging of all python related scripts used in GEM to a common package Currently, we have ```vfatqc-python-scripts```, some scripts in ```cmsgemos```, and several other used in various places. We should migrate these scripts to a common package, which will make it more straightforward to package and release updates, in addition to linking to specific versions of other GEM software
