McM/production bound option to cmsDriver [14.1]

PR description:

partial backport of #47501, backport of #47505 to be able to specify --eventcontent MINIAODSIM1 and have the output module named MINIAODSIM1output, but with the regular eventcontent (towards being able to run a stepchain with multiple output of the same event content)
