Add --verbose and stop redirecting stderr into the captured stdout file so Claude's turn-by-turn output (tool calls, results, reasoning) streams live to the GitHub Actions log. Co-Authored-By: roachdev-claude <roachdev-claude-bot@cockroachlabs.com>
