Refactored 26_final_touches.html to enhance semantic HTML by:

Wrapping blog posts in a
for clearer structure
Adding descriptive alt text to images for better accessibility
Using consistent
tags instead of
for HTML5 compliance
Wrapping footer list inside a
for improved semantics
Cleaning up indentation for readability

These improvements keep the code beginner-friendly and focused purely on HTML semantics.
