Quiting while loading a map can cause a panic

If you attempt to close the game immediately after loading Kings Fall or Garden of Salvation, you get a panic. Likely others, those are just the two I happened to hit it on.

This happens because exiting Alkahest while loading a map finalizes the package manager while the loading threads are still reading tags.
