Added 3 new arguments to update-gh-header to allow creating development variants of CPython GH plugins.

  • dev - boolean flag, when True:
    • omits the dependency part of the header (#r: ...)
    • adds the package path to the header as env

This prevents Rhino from installing your package from pypi and using the "editable" version directly from the repo

  • venv - allows specifying a venv section in the header
  • envs - allows specifying a list of ; delimited paths to be added as env

What type of change is this?

  • Bug fix in a backwards-compatible manner.
  • New feature in a backwards-compatible manner.
  • Breaking change: bug fix or new feature that involve incompatible API changes.
  • Other (e.g. doc update, configuration, etc)

Maybe regex-it, e.g. #\s+(r|venv|env):?
