Fix iOS 13 rendering of particles

This release will fix the rendering of particles on iOS 13 devices (iPad, iPhone). The svg gradient normally used for a particle will be visible on all platforms that support it as normal. If this fails to load (as is the case on iOS 13.1.2) the fallback is to use a plain image with slightly darker border to render particles.
