- Add CONNECT_PROPERTIES_DIR environment variable to specify custom directory for properties files
- Set default value to /etc/${COMPONENT}/
- Update configure script to use CONNECT_PROPERTIES_DIR for property file generation
- Update launch script to use CONNECT_PROPERTIES_DIR for loading properties
