#21 - Created a GitHub Actions workflow to trigger test execution on pull requests targeting the main branch. - Configured the workflow to run on Ubuntu 20.04, set up JDK 17, and execute tests using Gradle. - Added step to publish test results to GitHub after tests are executed. - Ensures that tests are automatically run before merging pull requests to main, improving code quality.
