Realised I should be using Kmodes rather than Kmeans for the part on assn 2 data. - Changed the analysis of assn 2 part to use kmodes (and imported the klaR package to do so). - Restitched pdf and html docs

Created new commit in my fork - realised that I should be using KModes and not Kmeans for the assignment 2 data portion. It should be viewable from the PR, but just in case it isn't - Commit hash: 9172f22 |
