This explorer doesn't appear to have chain4energy on it

This PR adds new endpoints and an explorer for the Chain4Energy (C4E) mainnet,
operated by POLCRYPTO.PL (active validator).

All endpoints are publicly available, SSL-enabled, and actively maintained by POLCRYPTO.PL.
