Limited python wrappers for the NAIF C-SPICE toolkit

PSPICE provides python bindings for the NAIF c_spice toolkit. You can get the c_spice toolkit at:

http://naif.jpl.nasa.gov/naif/toolkit.html

This package installs the files:

pspice.so - A python wrapper module for the NAIF c_spice.

spiceid - A python script to lookup spacecraft and body spice ids
