This milestone tracks the tasks remaining to get to a point where the core GLTF scene viewing capabilities are satisfactory. They need not be feature complete, eg normal mapping, shadow mapping, skeletal animations, etc, are all huge epics that will need their own dedicated milestones, but shouldn't block us from building other stuff in parallel / before that.
Ideally, we would want the Damaged Helmet bug to be solved in this milestone, but it's an acceptable risk.
